Psychotherapy
and Counselling

Working in an embodied way
Our challenges are always unique, and so are the solutions. We all carry different stories, histories, and needs - and therapy should reflect that.
My integrative and embodied approach to psychotherapy draws from a range of therapeutic approaches to meet you as a whole person: emotionally, mentally, physically, socially, and spiritually.
This means we don’t just work with your thoughts and feelings in isolation. We pay attention to how your experiences live in the body. By bringing gentle awareness to breath, posture, sensation, and movement, we can access deeper layers of insight and shift long-held patterns that talking alone may not reach. For many, this integrative approach brings a greater sense of safety, regulation, and reconnection with themselves.
At the heart of my practice is the therapeutic relationship. I create a compassionate, non-judgemental space to explore what is holding you back. This can include anxiety, past trauma, low self-worth, or a sense of stuckness.
We work at your pace, building trust, curiosity, and clarity as we go.
Alongside talking therapy, we may incorporate body-based techniques - breath-work, movement, mindfulness and somatic awareness. This is to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and reconnection with your body. This mind-body integration can be especially effective when words feel hard to find.
My approach is shaped by training in Humanistic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Whether you are navigating complex trauma, relationship challenges, or personal transitions, our work will be rooted in what feels most relevant and supportive for you.
